DVH Global Holdings operates a family of hospitality brands across Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates. Each has its own character and sense of place — refined city residences in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, wellness-led villas across Bali, and the services that make a stay effortless.
What connects them is not a look. It is a standard: residences chosen personally, teams who genuinely care, and the small attentions that turn a stay into something remembered.
We are deliberately unhurried. We would rather grow slowly and hold the standard than grow quickly and lose it.

Will Donaldson
Thirty years in international hospitality.
The founder
A career built in hospitality, not around it.
William Donaldson grew up in the business. His parents owned restaurants in Germany and England, and he learned early that a guest's experience is decided in details no one is meant to notice.
He read International Hospitality Business Management, began at a boutique coastal hotel in East Sussex and went on to the Savoy in London, before returning to lead the family's collection of hospitality venues across the south of England for more than a decade.
He built a hospitality group in the Caribbean — an oceanfront boutique hotel and restaurant, with cafés and restaurants across the islands — and sold it to a corporate group. In England he then created an award-winning food-led gastropub, a boutique spa hotel and a village delicatessen. All three still thrive to this day.
DVH Collection was founded in Dubai in 2023; the group expanded into Indonesia in 2025 with the launch of Nusa Havens.
That history shaped a simple conviction: hospitality is not a system to be scaled, but a standard to be kept. Every home in the group is chosen personally, and every team is built to hold that standard when no one is watching.

We support schooling and English-language learning for children in the communities where our teams live, so that opportunity is not decided by postcode.

Shoreline and village clean-ups, reduced single-use plastic across our properties, and water and energy discipline in every home we run.

We hire locally, train properly and promote from within — fair pay, real careers, and the dignity of work done well.
The long view
Built to last, not to exit.
We are a private group with no outside investors and no timetable. That allows us to make decisions on a horizon of decades rather than quarters — to keep homes properly, pay teams fairly and refuse work that would compromise either.
Growth, when it comes, follows the standard. Never the other way round.
